Your Data, Your Choice

You can ask TapTap (Kabra Express Logistics Pvt. Ltd.) to delete the personal information we hold about you at any time. This page explains what we keep and how to have it removed.

What We Hold

When you fill in one of our forms on Facebook or Instagram (a lead form from our ads), or contact us through our website, we store the details you submitted so our team can get back to you:

• Your name, phone number and email address
• Your city and the answers you gave on the form
• Which ad or campaign the form came from, and when you submitted it
• Notes our team made when following up with you

We do not receive your Facebook password, friends list or posts.

How To Request Deletion

1. Send an email to Socialmedia@taptap.in with the subject "Data Deletion Request".
2. Include the phone number and/or email address you used on the form, so we can find your records.
3. We will confirm by email once your data has been deleted.

What Happens Next

We delete your personal information from our systems within 30 days of receiving your request. We may keep a minimal record only where the law requires us to (for example, invoices for services you have already used), and only for as long as it requires.

Removing Our App From Facebook

You can also stop sharing information with us from Facebook: open Facebook → Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites, find TapTap and choose Remove. To also delete what we already hold, send the email above.
